Shipping & Delivery Policy

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

    • Raaga Sarees shall undertake the delivery of its products across the territory of India through duly authorized courier and logistics partners.
    • Shipping charges shall be applicable on all domestic orders valued below Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only). The applicable shipping fee shall be calculated dynamically based on the delivery pin code and displayed during the checkout process. Orders valued at or above Rs. 2,000/- shall be eligible for free domestic shipping.
    • The estimated delivery period for domestic orders shall ordinarily range between three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending upon the delivery location and pincode serviceability.
    • Deliveries shall be effectuated between Monday and Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
    • The delivery timelines stipulated herein are indicative and not contractual, and are subject to variations arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Raaga Sarees, including but not limited to force majeure events, transportation disruptions, courier delays, and adverse weather conditions.
    • All products shall be dispatched in secure and tamper-evident packaging. In the event that the Customer observes any tampering or damage to the packaging upon delivery, the Customer is advised not to accept the parcel and to immediately notify Raaga Sarees through its customer support channels. Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed as conclusive proof that the product was received in good and tamper-free condition.                                                               

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • All international orders shall ordinarily be processed and dispatched within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and completion of necessary formalities.
    • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST) or any other statutory levies imposed by the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Raaga Sarees shall not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance or import regulations.
    • The amount of such duties or taxes shall vary depending on the country of import and the invoice value. Customers are advised to verify the applicable charges with their local customs authorities or courier service provider prior to placing an order.
    • Raaga Sarees offers international shipping services to select countries through approved courier partners.The shipping charges for international deliveries shall be calculated automatically at the time of checkout based on the destination country, weight, and value of the shipment.
