RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Raaga Sarees, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged saree, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement as per the terms below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the saree received is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
  • The defect or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support via email or phone, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
  • If the product is verified as defective, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color or fabric, or size/fit issues.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
